In doing so, we have developed a customized evaluation plan for each student with detailed questionnaire to have a thorough background understanding of prior education and skills to best continue education at any level. Our diverse teachers, volunteers, and program coordinators are experienced working with various cultures and languages/ dialects. ( Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, Bengali, Portuguese)

  • School Placement Assistance

Many New Americans have difficulties finding help in school placement. Our staff provides assistance and orientation on the Westchester county school district guidelines and requirements to successfully enroll their youth in grade school or start up programs. By working directly with school based social workers, counselors, and pediatricians we are able to provide the best service and advice to guide families during this process.

  • Tutoring Program

After School Tutoring Program:

Our Mission is to provide vital services, a healthy environment, and academic enrichment programs for our youth community who are struggling academically most commonly due to, language barriers at home or lack of time parents can dedicate in homework help due to long hours at work.

With the help of our excelling students from neighboring Universities, Colleges, High Schools or tired school teachers, together we can provide outstanding academic results for those struggling in Reading comprehension and Mathematics. Our program director will meet with parents during registration for a detailed intake on child and discuss goals to be achieved. By providing an extensive history of the student we become aware of any learning disabilities, allergies, likes/dislikes, and bright interests to then tailor for individualized instruction.

Tutoring sessions will begin FALL 2017
